- It is advisable to stay away from puddles of still water as they’re breeding spots for mosquitoes that are carriers of serious infections.
- Keep mosquito repellents or vaporisers handy in the monsoons.
- It is suggested that you wash your vegetables and fruits thoroughly before consuming them
- Get your flu shots or the influenza vaccination for common viral Illnesses.
- If you are a patient of lifestyle diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, etc, then adjust your medications after consulting your doctors.
- As far as possible avoid AC usage in this weather.
